The cooperative society Yolande Coop was founded in 2007. It is linked to the social enterprise network “elisabeth” (“elisabeth, am sozialen déngscht zu lëtzebuerg”).
It is one of the institutions oriented towards the mentally handicapped: it offers people with an intellectual disability a working environment adapted to them. Yolande Coop enables them to work, to earn a living and to develop themselves in and through this activity.

Currently, our grocery shop offers several breads from the “Klouschterbrout” bakery workshop, located in Mondorf-les-Bains, in the south of Luxembourg, including: the “Klouschterbrout” bread (grey sourdough bread), a cereal bread and a wholemeal bread. These products are made in an artisanal way from organic flours from the J. P. Dieschbourg mill (Luxembourg) and local products.
